Avenir For Good2 products

Software we build for nonprofits.

Avenir For Good is our software arm — two products built around how mission-driven organizations actually operate, not how generic SaaS imagines they do.

01 / Product

Avenir CRM

A nonprofit CRM with an AI-driven supporter briefing.

Two paragraphs of context on every supporter, generated before the meeting — gift history, recent touchpoints, current programmatic interests, and the relationship arc in plain language. Built for the executive directors and development officers who walk into rooms every week and need to remember everyone.

02 / Product

Avenir Gala

A ticketing platform built specifically for nonprofit fundraising events.

Tiered tickets, table seating, sponsor packages, paddle raise, and silent auction — in one system designed around how galas actually run. Replaces the patchwork of Eventbrite, OneCause, Greater Giving, and spreadsheets most development teams stitch together every spring.

Automation & AI
3 projects

Quiet tools doing loud work.

Custom internal tools and AI workflow builds. The proof lives in operations dashboards, not in marketing screenshots.

CASE 01
Stack
GPT-4 · Retool · Postgres

A patient-intake assistant that drafts care plans from EMR notes.

What it does
A custom GPT-4 pipeline that reads a new patient's EMR file on intake, drafts a personalized 90-day care plan, and queues it for clinician review.
What it replaced
A six-step manual workflow that took clinicians 35–45 minutes per patient.
Outcome
Time-to-plan dropped from ~40 minutes to ~6 minutes of clinician review. Plans are now generated for 100% of incoming patients, up from ~70%.
CoachCare · Healthcare — 2025
CASE 02
Stack
n8n · GPT-4o-mini · QuickBooks API

A wholesale-order automation across email, shipping, and accounting.

What it does
An automation that watches a wholesale inbox, parses orders out of PDFs and email bodies, generates the BOL, and pushes everything into QuickBooks and ShipStation.
What it replaced
A part-time admin manually re-keying orders from email into three separate systems.
Outcome
Wholesale order turnaround dropped from ~24 hours to under an hour. Re-keying errors eliminated entirely. The part-time admin role was redirected to direct accounts.
Sirot Company · Operations — 2024
CASE 03
Stack
Claude · Avenir CRM · Google Calendar

A donor research brief generator for development staff.

What it does
An internal tool that, given a supporter name and a meeting context, pulls from CRM history, public records, and recent giving, then drafts a two-paragraph briefing.
What it replaced
Two hours of manual prep per major-donor meeting, often skipped under time pressure.
Outcome
Briefings are now generated for every external meeting on staff calendars. Development team reports 3× the rate of personalized follow-ups.

Working with us

Avenir takes on a small number of new engagements each year, almost always on retainer. We start with a paid discovery — typically four to six weeks — and continue from there into a quarterly cadence. We don’t bid against agencies, and we don’t pitch on spec. If the fit is right, the first conversation is short.
